This Upper West Side pied-à-terre was designed to serve as a calm, functional retreat for a young family navigating New York City life. The Upper West Side’s blend of cultural energy and residential warmth — Central Park steps away, great schools, neighborhood institutions — shaped a design that is both sophisticated and genuinely livable.
Smart storage, durable yet refined finishes, and a warm neutral palette make every room work for the rhythms of family life while still feeling like a true New York City home. The design balances the energy of the city outside with a sense of refuge inside.
