This Fire Island beach house project showcases the breadth of Tonos Design Studio’s residential design work beyond Manhattan — bringing the same craft and attention to context that defines our New York City interior design practice to a relaxed, sun-drenched coastal setting. The design embraces the site’s natural gifts: water views, dune light, and a connection between indoor living and the outdoors.

Casual, durable materials meet a refined sensibility throughout the house — bleached woods, breezy linens, and a palette drawn from sand and sky. Pool-facing living areas blur the line between inside and out, creating a seamless flow designed for summer entertaining and quiet retreats alike.
